The shear pin safety system sets it apart from any other anchor. Shear pins aren't common in anchors, but a trusted concept used for over a century in other industries. We have been able to establish consistent Safe Working Limits, which can't be accurately achieved with cable-ties, spring loaded systems and slide releases.

The sacrificial pins are simple zinc coated full metal thread bolts and wingnuts. They are cheap and easy to re-stock, from Bunnings or Hardware stores, or enquire about extras from us.
There is no threat of premature release, with a wide selection of holding pins.
